– Ingredients: Lotus root , pH 3.0-3.5, Salt degree 22- 25%,  Water, Citric Acid 1%, (or as Customer’s formular)

– Type: Lotus root slices 5-7 cm in diameter, thickness : 6mm

– Packing: In jar 500, 720, 1500mm or Plastic drum

– Shelf Life: 2 years

– Place of Origin: Vietnam
